Our management is here to help! Management team members are onsite Monday to Friday, ready to assist.
At Sylvan, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.
Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Denver! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.
We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line or contact a locksmith if necessary.

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING
Our applications take up to 2 business days to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!
Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. If you prefer to pay a different way, our leasing team will also accept rent payments in the form of personal checks or certified funds. Contact our team if you have any questions about how to make a rent payment.
Our renter's insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. If you have any questions about the renter's insurance policy at Sylvan Uptown, please contact our leasing office!
At Sylvan Uptown, internet is included and provided by our partners Xfinity. Residents are able to upgrade internet service or order cable by contacting Xfinity.
If your situation changes, we require a 30-day notice and a one-month rent termination fee.
We want your life at Sylvan Uptown to be as easy as possible! All utilities are set up for our residents by the property staff. Residents will receive a monthly bill, to be paid along with the rent each month.

When reviewing an application to rent at Sylvan Uptown, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.
Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 2 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 2 times (gross market rent).

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Our community is located in the heart of urban Denver, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate.
We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move-out that the unit be returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.
At our apartments in Denver, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like utilities and parking.
Short-term rentals, such as Airbnb, are permitted at Sylvan Uptown with prior approval. Please contact our leasing office for more details.
We want Sylvan Uptown to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
The upfront costs when you sign a lease include your move-in rent, security deposits, first payment of monthly parking fee, prorated pet rent if applicable, and pet deposit if applicable. If you have any questions about the upfront costs, please contact our leasing office!
